We hope you love your order from Bali Clothing. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Please note we do not issue refunds on gift card orders. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used or worn, are soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

In order to process refund:

Complete Returns form using the returns code list.

Enclose this form in with your unwanted item(s).

Use the Returns address attached at the bottom of the returns form. (Returns are not pre-paid)

Return to post office and we advise that you keep your proof of postage. We cannot accept responsible for lost packages.

Items which are not in perfect condition or are not deemed as faulty, the items will be returned to you. Money will only be refunded when we receive the item(s).

We cannot exchange items - we are happy for you to return your unwanted order for which we will process your refund and you would then need to order your preferred item through our website again. 

Strictly no returns on sale items.
